Cookie policy

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files saved in the browser. The platform may also use similar technologies, such as localStorage or sessionStorage, for sign-in, security, preferences and the operation of orders.

On your first visit you can choose between “Essential only” and “Accept all”. Choosing the optional technologies is not a condition for using the basic features of AiMuzica.

2. Strictly necessary cookies and storage

These are needed for the website to work and cannot be switched off in our systems without affecting the service. They are not used for advertising.

• Session and sign-in: the flowmusic-auth keys and the related storage may contain access/refresh tokens and basic account data. The backup cookie flowmusic_auth_session_backup lasts at most 7 days. The temporary sign-in verifier, when used, lasts at most 15 minutes.
• Checkout and orders: sessionStorage may temporarily keep the purchase intent and the state of the return from the processor. localStorage may keep order identifiers, the generation status and the timestamps needed to resume progress after the page is reloaded.
• Regeneration and sharing: the browser may temporarily keep a regeneration draft, including the creative settings, the dedication or the lyrics, until it is loaded or deleted. A limited local cache may contain identifiers, titles, metadata and links to shared songs.
• Referrals: the aimuzica_referral cookie keeps the referral code for at most 30 days. The related local key remains until the invitation is attributed, deleted by the application or the browser data is cleared.
• Cookie choice: aimuzica-cookie-consent-v2 remembers the “Essential only” or “Accept all” choice until you change it or clear the browser data.
• Interface language: the aimuzica_lang cookie remembers whether you use the website in Romanian, English, Spanish or Portuguese, for at most 1 year.
• Technical preferences: certain keys may remember the visual theme, the fact that you have used sign-in before or that an operational message was already shown. They remain until they are deleted or the application replaces them.

3. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel - only with consent

If Analytics is enabled by the administrator and you choose “Accept all”, we load Google Analytics to measure the pages visited, general interactions, device type, performance and errors. Online identifiers, the IP address and information about the browser, device, page and time of access may be sent to Google.

• _ga - distinguishes visitors; default duration of up to 2 years;
• _ga_<container-id> - keeps the session state; default duration of up to 2 years.

The actual duration may be limited by the browser or by the Google Analytics configuration. Analytics is not loaded if you choose “Essential only”.

If Meta Pixel is configured by the administrator, we load it only after “Accept all”. Meta may receive information about the visit, the page accessed, the browser and the device for conversion measurement and campaign attribution. The pixel may use cookies such as _fbp and _fbc, according to Meta's settings and policies.

4. External services

NETOPIA Payments may set its own strictly necessary cookies or technologies after you are redirected to its payment page. Sign-in services, including Google if you choose Google sign-in, may set cookies on their own domains. These technologies are also managed under the policies of the respective partners.

Oblio is used for tax documents and is not loaded by AiMuzica as a tracking tool in the user's browser.

5. How to change your choice

You can change your choice for Analytics and Meta Pixel using the button below. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier use. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the necessary cookies, sign-in, checkout, order history or song generation may not work correctly.
